What information do we collect?
Some information about you we collect passively - information that your computer and your browser send automatically while you browse our site and use our products. Other information we actively solicit, such as your email address when you make a donation and we send out new release update emails or sign up to the purchase our products.
We collect the following types of information from site visitors:

Uses made of the Information
Information which we collect may be used in the following ways:
Site usage information
When you visit our website, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends. These log files tell us generally about the visitors to our site - general geographic regions, length of visits, pages clicked on, and so forth. We can't tell who you are by examining our log files, except as anonymous users.
Only when you experience an error with the Fotosizer application and choose to send us an error report do we collect information about the device you are using, including what type of device it is, what operating system you are using, device settings, application IDs, unique device identifiers, and crash data.
Information you give to us
We will use this information:
- to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us;
- to provide you with information about other products and services we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about;
- to notify you about changes to our services;
- to ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer.
Information we receive from other sources
We work closely with third party service providers and may receive information about you from them. These services providers collect usage data in compliance with their privacy policies.
These service providers are described below:

We encourage you to provide us with feedback in the form of emails or using our Contact us form.
When you email us or use the Contact Form, we maintain the anonymity and privacy of your message. We keep these messages on file for a period of one month, and then delete them permanently.
We encourage and appreciate donations via PayPal, so that we can continue developing software.
If you donate to us, we will receive receipts which include your email address and may include other information from PayPal, but we do not receive any credit card details from PayPal.
PayPal have their own privacy policies which govern when you are using their sites to make donations. You can see their respective policies at:

If you purchase one of our products, the payment will be handled by a 3rd party payment gateway, https://www.fastspring.com.
They will collect information about you, such as your name, email, address, phone number and credit card details. They collect your address and phone number only for fraud protection. They only share the minimum information with us so that we have a record of your purchase: name, email, address and phone number. We do not receive any of your credit card details from FastSpring.
Spam and sale of information
We hate spam. We will never spam you with any unsolicited email, and we will never sell information you have given us to other parties.

Installation of Fotosizer software
By installing Fotosizer software, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions contained in the EULA (end-user licence agreement) that appears when you run the installation programs.
